Everyone Has An Inner PowerWho We are
The Inner Life Foundation was born from a need that is of global proportions: people have lost touch with themselves, their innate greatness, and their power.
Everyone has an inner power—an innate ability—to fulfill personal dreams and goals, to honor themselves and therefore with others. That inner power flows from the Soul, the highest intangible qualities of a human being. Our programs, classes, services, sessions and offerings are based on that premise; they are Strategies for Living Consciously.
We reach out to people across the world through cyber technology so our global and local communities can grow and evolve together. The Inner Life Foundation presents face-to-face workshops, symposiums and classes wherever they are requested. Our individual support includes private sessions using a variety of modalities.
Founders Janice Hayes and Jesse Rosario have been working in the realms of personal reality and spiritual consciousness for a cumulative 70+ years. The Inner Life Foundation is their vision to expand knowledge, information and techniques for personal growth to the wider human community.
Our Mission
Self Empowerment Through Educational and Healing Processes
The Inner Life Foundation assists people in self-empowerment and greater health through Strategies for Living Consci ously. These Strategies, such as Stress Management, Meditation, Alternative Personal Healing Techniques, Energy Medicine and more are offered through classes, lectures, workshops and events, both in person and via the Internet.
Meet the Founders
Janice Hayes
I know that each of us is a beautiful, eternal Soul… and that our Soul is our deepest Resource. This Resource is knowable in very real, practical, down-to-earth ways. My life experiences have taught me that our relationship with our Soul opens doors to profound personal empowerment and living with clarity and awareness.
I am an educator at heart; I have known that to be true from earliest childhood. I explored teaching in the traditional educational system, but discovered that my strengths lie in working with motivated adults who want to take charge of their lives in personal and spiritual ways.
I began teaching groups of people interested in developing their inner gifts and that evolved into becoming a founding teacher of a metaphysical school in Miami, Florida. From there, I launched my own business of providing classes and workshops in New Canaan, Connecticut and then in Irvine, California. For the last several years, I have been an instructor of Metaphysics and RoHun Transpersonal Therapy at Delphi University, a school of spiritual studies in McCaysville, Georgia.
I have taken ‘the road less traveled’ as the Robert Frost poem says, and that has truly made all the difference.

I am here to empower you in discovering the greatness within, and how to express that greatness in your life. Life has shown me we are all alike, no matter our careers, educational achievements, or social standing. We want to be in charge of our lives and choices. Yet, we often feel stuck or sabotaged. I know for a fact, we don’t ever have to be stuck or sabotaged. I know for a fact we always have a choice.
When we truly seek, we find, discover, learn and grow. My mission is to help you open your own strengths and possibilities.
As one who built my business from the ground up, I understand the nature of the world we live in—how it can toss us on seas of uncertainty and drown us in confusion. Through the practice of many modalities, I help to empower you, supporting your greatness even when you can’t see it. Whatever I have learned about finding stability in a changing world, I am willing to share with you.
I hold a PhD in Transpersonal Psychology from Delphi University, am a Doctor of RoHun Therapy, a board-certified Hypnotherapist, certified NLP, and an Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator.
As a soul on a journey, I understand the spiritual support we have—and have always had—whether we know it or not. I offer you clarity, knowledge and deep encouragement
